- Never move a lit candle.
- Burn the candle for a max of 1-2 hours at one time.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Avoid burning candles with 1 cm or less wax to prevent overheating.
- Always prioritize safety, and exercise caution when using candles.
Note: Pillar candles provide an extended burn time with a milder fragrance compared to glass jar candles. Glass jar candles, on the other hand, disperse three times more fragrance, offering a more potent scent experience in contrast to pillar candles.

- Let the candle burn until the wax pool reaches the edges.
- Use a snuffer or gently blow out the flame to avoid smoke.
- Carefully trim the wick to 0.5cm when relighting.

Return & Exchange Policy:
At Hunza Candle, we aim to deliver exceptional products to you. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or does not meet the described functionality, we are dedicated to promptly addressing and resolving the matter.
You have 7 days from receiving the goods to request an exchange. To exercise your exchange right, inform us within this period, contacting us on our Instagram or at 03314869222. Once we receive the returned goods, we will process the exchange within 7 days using the same payment method without any additional fees.
Note: in order for the goods to be eligible for exchange the goods must be in the original packaging and unused.
