Q: “Howlong does delivery take?”
It takes 3-6 working days, with the exception of unforeseen conditions and public holidays.
Q: “What distinguishes pillar candles from glass candles?“
The pillar candles are made of paraffin wax whereas glass candles are made of soy-bees wax. The amount of fragrance that can be included is lower than you would find with glass candles. This is mainly due to stability of the candle, as the hard wax that is used doesn't hold fragrance and extra oils as well.
Q: “If the online payment portal is not working, how can I make an online payment?”
Reach out to the customer support team. They can provide assistance, troubleshoot the issue, or guide you through alternative payment methods
Q: “When should I trim the wick?”
We recommend trimming the wick keeping it at a bare minimum of 0.5cm in length before every lighting.
Q: “What is the use of home fragrance oil?”
Home Fragrance oil is used in oil burners, diffusers and humidifiers for quick and sufficient fragrant atmosphere.
Q: “How do I use an oil burner?”
Fill the bowl at the top of the burner with water and place a few drops of home fragrance oil on the water. Then, place a lighted tea light candle underneath the bowl. The heat from the candle will cause the fragrance oil to vaporize, releasing a pleasant scent into the air.
Q: “What is the shelf life of your candles?”
The shelf life of our candles is 3 months
Q: “Is your wick made of cotton or lead?”
It is made of cotton.
Q: “Do you offer international shipping?”
Not yet.

These candles offer a sensory escape from daily stress.
