In cases of in correct address, orders will be held until our team verifies the information using the provided contact details. To prevent order cancellation, please ensure that your contact information, including email and phone number, is accurate and complete. Our products are securely packed using sustainable materials, resulting in a breakage rate of just 0.001%

All the products will be delivered either through TCS or leopard couriers. the tracking id will be sent to your contact number via text message by the respective courier companies. You can also reach out to our customer care team to request your tracking ID. The UAN of the logistic companies are as follows.

Return & Exchange Policy:

At Hunza Candle, we aim to deliver exceptional products to you. In the rare event that your product arrives damaged or does not meet the described functionality, we are dedicated to promptly addressing and resolving the matter. You have 7 days from receiving the goods to request an exchange. To exercise your exchange right, inform us within this period, contacting us on our Instagram or at 03314869222. Once we receive the returned goods, we will process the exchange within 7 days using the same payment method without any additional fees.

Note: in order for the goods to be eligible for exchange the goods must be in the original packaging and unused.
The company currently does not have a refund policy.
